Please note: The above delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing. Delivery to some remote areas in Asia and elsewhere may not be available.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

- The item must be in its original, unworn condition.
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the shipping address for your return.
- Ship the Item: Securely package the item in its original box, include the proof of purchase, and mail it to the address provided. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit back to us.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- PayPal: Refunds are processed immediately and typically reflect in your account within 2-3 business days.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs.
Exchange Process
