2. Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product categories and hygiene considerations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Slippers (for health and hygiene reasons)
- Baby Shoes (due to safety and hygiene standards)

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
